Our founder and Chief Executive, Michael Chesswas, is a 30-plus year IT industry veteran and entrepreneur who has spent the majority of his career helping businesses improve their operations through the application of innovative IT solutions.
He has led businesses supplying Database and Development Tools, Automated Software Testing Solutions, Business Applications from SAP and Microsoft and Business Productivity Solutions including Business Intelligence and Business Process Automation. These businesses have provided solutions to Tier#1 customers in Banking & Finance, Mining, Health, Manufacturing, Retail, Federal and State Government sectors.
Keys to his success are his ability to build and retain outstanding teams and to instil a ‘customer success’ culture within his businesses.
His extensive management experience gained through senior roles with global suppliers and a number of start up ventures, both private and for vendors leaves him well qualified to lead an expert team focused on Excellence in Business Process Automation.
Our Technical Services Manager is Brendon Steer, a Solutions Architect and Senior Developer specialising in application development and deployment across Microsoft, K2 and mobile platforms.
Brendon leads our internal product development initiatives and manages professional services delivery to our customers.
His broad 23 year career in IT commenced as an electronics engineer designing PCB’s, then on to PLC and SCADA systems design and implementation. Network engineering was his next step where he designed, implemented and supported solutions based on Netware, Citrix and Windows NT. Application design and development followed and Brendon spent the last 7 years working with major IT vendors developing large web-based and mobile applications based on Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint and SQL Server, then finally to solution design, development and implementation of advanced workflow automation applications on K2 with associated integration to enterprise applications.
Brendon has a strong focus on helping our customers achieve successful business outcomes and draws on his broad technical and industry experience to deliver quality IT solutions.
